You will find carnivals in different places during the summer period. Start out with a trip to the "left" coast and see how the "war on drugs" is going in California at the Carnival of the Vanities, hosted by "Seldom Sober." [Editor's note: I will host the carnival on August 25.] Next carnival is located "deep down south in cowboy country," but first we have to do a detour in outer space and buy a couple of "Latinum" bars. Steven Taylor (PoliBlog) is hosting this week's edition of the Carnival of the Capitalists. We end our tour on the east coast in the Carolinas and get a dose of reason at the Charlotte Capitalist.
