I ate some bacon-avocado-cheddar cheese burgers. Yum. Delicious.I used Wright's bacon and some grass-fed beef. And I cut my cheddar from a block; none of that grated stuff. I used cheddar I could sink my teeth into.Then I put some chopped red onion and some chipotle powder on for good measure. :)But, being "paleo," I used whole-leaf lettuce instead of nasty, flour-based buns (yuk!).
