WATER AND WINE

During my stay in Hungary, I had several glasses of spritzer. Hungary has plenty of mineral water producers and about 20 different wine districts. It is easy to make a wine spritzer; take a glass, fill it with ice cubes, pour some wine into the glass and then add mineral water. Cheers! [Editor's note: I would be happy if you would give me the names of your favorite minerals waters and wines. One of my favorite wines from Hungary is Kékfrankos Barique 2002 by Pfneiszl - United Vineyards. I look forward to test the new artesian mineral water from Bollebygd Municipality.]
