Crostini with Mortadella and Paprika
Ingredients:
- Crostini toasted bread
- Mortadella
- Paprika slices
- Lemon extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Put mortadella on the crostini bread.
- Add a slice of paprika. In this case Hungarian Édesalma (apple) paprika.
- Sprinkle some drops of lemon virgin olive oil.
Serve with a glass of wine.
