CASSAVA THAI DIP SAUCE

Here is a recipe I got from my friend, Christer Sjöback.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.
  • 3 chile pepper fruits, chopped




Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve together with cassava / yuca chips.
