EGO will host next week's edition of the Carnival of the Recipes, so I thought it could be in order to link to different Danish pastry recipes. Personally, I am not so fond of Danish pastry ("Danskt Wienerbröd" in Swedish). I prefer other variants of the dough, e.g., croissant or strudel, but I will eat a Danish pastry as a symbolic gesture on March 4.
