IN GOLD WE TRUST

I am happy with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit's ruling. Read an interview with Michael Newdow, the man who brought the Pledge suit. I think it was an unconstitutional act by Congress in 1954, to add the word, "God" to the Pledge of Allegiance. America is not a "nation under God." America is a secular republic. I see no problem with private schools having their own pledges. The whole educational system should be privatized. It is scary to see what kind of crazy stuff they are teaching the children in public schools.

President Bush is dead wrong, when he is saying: "We need common sense judges who understand that our rights were derived from God and those are the kind of judges I intend to put on the bench."

It is time to change the national motto on the currency and Ohio's state motto. New Hampshire has a great motto: "Live Free or Die."
